Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best dining experience for you and all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation in providing adequate notice for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
For reservations of up to 4 guests, Sheeps And Leeks require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the reservation date.
For reservations of 5 guests or more, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the reservation date.
Please note that NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE FOR COVID or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Failure to inform Sheeps And Leeks of any changes or cancellations within the designated timeframe will result in no refund being issued.
In the event of a cancellation made with sufficient notice, please be advised that a refund will be issued with a nominal deduction of £15. This fee is intended to cover the bank transaction charges and administration fees incurred by the restaurant. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your kind understanding in this matter.
Why?
Sheeps And Leeks restaurant has a limited seating capacity, accommodating only up to 20 guests. Thus, any last-minute cancellations or no-shows could have a profound effect on the restaurant's operations and profitability. To prevent such occurrences, we have a cancellation policy in place that is aimed at safeguarding the restaurant from potential losses. Ultimately, this policy helps to ensure that our dedicated and hardworking staff continue to thrive in a stable and thriving business environment.
IF YOU'RE LATE, WE CAN'T WAIT!!!
We understand that unexpected delays can occur and we want to accommodate you to the best of our ability. However, please note that we operate on a single sitting basis, and all guests are served at the same time to ensure that everyone enjoys the same experience. As a result, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your reservation.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that we cannot make other guests wait. If you do arrive after the start of the meal, you may forfeit courses to ensure that the other guests are not unduly delayed.
